Chapshaw Publications is the brand behind Chair Yoga for Seniors Over 60 and Guided Wellness Journal for Self-Care, Fitness & Mindfulness. Their mission is to help seniors and those who work with them to find joy and wellness through activities. Well-versed in physical fitness, mindfulness and meditation, and entertainment, the team creates resources to help seniors to enjoy the moment, find connection in their golden years, and embrace the time ahead. Yoga teacher and founder of Chapshaw Publications formed the brand after seeing the power of physical and mental exercises firsthand. After injuries that required the full-time assistance of a wheelchair, the founder saw how helpful yoga and physical and mental exercises are both for recovery and for improving quality of life with limited mobility. Senior health and wellness is personal for the team, having all loved and cared for older adults, including those in good health and those living with illnesses such as Alzheimer's and dementia. Chapshaw Publications offers tools to help others live fully at any age or ability level. Chapshaw Publications aims to deliver a full range of information and activities for helping seniors thrive. Their goal is to share high-quality information and provide exercises and activities that have been vetted by experts as safe, effective, and enjoyable.
