About The Author: Christi Dee is a native of Indiana, graduating from DePauw University with a BA in Communications and Anderson University Falls School of Business with an MBA. She began running in her early twenties and has found lifelong joy in not only achieving her own running goals, but in helping others reach theirs as a RRCA Certified Running Coach.
