Damian Shiels

Damian Shiels is an historian and archaeologist. He has lectured and published widely on both social military history and conflict archaeology. He previously spent time as a curator at the National Museum of Ireland, where he was part of the team that designed and prepared the award-winning Soldiers and Chiefs military history exhibition.
