After learning the language, Francisco Cabrera embarked on his academic journey in the USA as an adult, showcasing dedication and perseverance. He completed all English as a Second Language (ESL) courses. Subsequently, he earned his real estate sales associate license, mortgage loan originator license, and real estate broker’s license. A decade later, Francisco resumed his academic studies with the same enthusiasm and discipline. He graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and History from FAU. He continued his academic journey, earning a Master’s degree in Public Administration at FAU and a second Master’s degree in Business Administration from the PUPR at its Miami campus. While completing his second Master’s degree, he also obtained his real estate instructor license. During this 12-year period of academic pursuit, Francisco successfully passed the rigorous multiple-choice exams required for each qualification. In addition to his strong academic and professional background, Francisco has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to continuous learning and personal development. His experience as an immigrant and adult learner exemplifies resilience, highlighting not only his individual achievements but also his ability to overcome challenges in a competitive environment.
