Isabelle Dauphin, known to her friends as "Isa", is a master chef and culinary adventurer who lives a bi-coastal life between Bretagne and California. She trained at Le Cordon Bleu and L’ateliers des Chefs before starting her consulting chef practice which specializes in developing French menus for restaurants located in USA. Many of Isa’s recipes are influenced by her life in France, in a household which lives around gourmet meals made at home with fresh ingredients from the garden or local markets. Her collection also includes family recipes which have been passed down for generations like heirlooms. Isa lives and travels with her husband, who loves everything Isa cooks except escargot.
