Janice Tiefenbach

Chef and author Janice Tiefenbach has been cooking professionally for more than 15 years. She is executive Chef at Elena and Gia Vin & Grill in Montreal, Canada, where she also lives. Her food is an expression of love and joy. she is passionate about all manner of dough, vegetables and learning new things.
