Jon has lived in the Northwest for most of his life. He received his BA in psychology in his 20’s and then worked in the social services for several years. In his 30’s, Jon started a scrap metal and junk removal company, proudly employing people for the first time. After about 10 years, he became ill and could no longer run his business. Since then, Jon has focused on his writing, something he’s done on and off since he was seven. Whether it’s short stories, poetry or jokes, Jon always has something to say, and often a funny way of saying it. He’s proud of his work and loves to share it with others. He’s motivated to make people laugh, and cares about the effects of his words on the world.
