Josephine Funes Wentzel is the 11th child born to a family of 15 children, on the island of Guam. She currently lives in the Pacific Northwest with her husband and family. She is the mother to three children, two stepchhildren, and grandmother to three grandchildren. She has a background in law enforcement, marketing and campaign consulting. Josephine decided to write a book after her daughter Krystal Jaye Mitchell was murdered and she became involved with the pursuit for justice. She was the first person to partner up with the US Marshals in pursuit of her daughter's murderer when he fled to Central America. Her daughter's case was the first in history to receive $50,000 reward as a US Marshal TOP15 MOST WANTED. She continues to search for the murderer.
