My love for cooking is rooted in exploring ethnic cuisines, mastering the art of spice blending, and discovering unique uses for ingredients from around the world. Through my recipes, I strive to share global flavors that are authentic, delicious, and easy to recreate in any home kitchen, while keeping meals balanced and nutritious. Over the years, I’ve pursued multiple certifications to deepen my understanding of food’s role in health, culture, and sustainability. I’ve studied Food Sustainability, Mindful Eating, and Healthy Cooking, as well as Child Nutrition at Stanford University. I’ve also delved into The Science of Gastronomy at the Hong Kong University of Science and explored Weight Management techniques at Emory University. These experiences have shaped my perspective on how food connects us to our bodies, communities, and the planet.
