Kelly Freeman is the founding director of The Dysautonomia Project, a non-profit organization aimed at educating patients, providers and communities about disorders of the autonomic nervous system. Kelly is also the lead author and winner of the Florida Publishers Association President's Book Award for The Dysautonomia Project book. She collaborates with top physicians of autonomic medicine to educate people around the world about dysautonomias. She is the recipient of the Pioneer Award given by the Dysautonomia Support Network's 2019 Patient Choice Awards. She is currently planning the second edition of the Dysautonomia Project book and a new book about hope for patients when there is no cure.
