Ken Jelinek

Raised in a military family, Ken has traveled to or through 14 countries and 42 states. Mark Twain said “Travel is fatal to prejudice, bigotry, and narrow-mindedness, and many of our people need it sorely on these accounts. Broad, wholesome, charitable views of men and things cannot be acquired by vegetating in one little corner of the earth all one's lifetime.” Ken feels he caught a glimpse of that traveling-educational vantage point. He's been living in Anchorage, Alaska for over 30 years and considers it home. A sailor at heart and having a couple sailboats over the years, Ken sees himself circumnavigating Earth via boat one way or another. Ken also harbors a love for flying, diving, hiking and exploring the world. He's planning for and working toward the day when all of his writing and multiple income streams will be initiated and manifested from wherever on the planet his travels have taken him. Ken has always championed the inspiration and exceptionalism America has brought to the world. Not because other countries and cultures are not, but because America is his home and his "Tribe". Being an armchair patriot mostly, he's been interested in business, international trade, import/export, politics, culture, metaphysics, spirituality and the pursuit of freedom, individuality, independence and "Living the Dream". Being in the real estate industry since 1994 Ken has always tried to sharpen and maintain his skills. Usually an early adopter of new technology and strategies, he wants to keep himself viable and valuable in this brave new world of rapid change. His passion is writing, speaking, and teaching his seminars anywhere he can.
