I live on Hawai'i Island with my family, where I'm re-learning how to grow food in a very different climate than I've gardened with in the past. My work in the garden is part of a larger effort to live a more self-reliant lifestyle, one that treads more lightly on this earth. I love helping people learn that they can provide for themselves, from producing food to cooking at home.
