Most Christians really do want to live everyday life in a way that honors God and blesses others, but how does that happen? Is it a matter of "just do it?" That usually leads to frustration and failure. But, what if we start with the gospel of Jesus Christ - not just for initial salvation - but for everyday life? How does the gospel inform and empower the follower of Jesus Christ to live every day life? Each of my books is an attempt to serve Christians in helping them "connect the dots" on how the gospel helps them in their key relationships and responsibilities. "Walking Like Jesus" helps Christians see in very practical terms how the Holy Spirit is transforming us to reflect Christ. "Loving our Wife as Christ Loves the Church" helps husbands and husbands-to-be in seeing how the gospel transforms their "husbanding." And, "Grandparenting with Grace" is my humble attempt to help Christian grandparents in seeing how the gospel radically changes our understanding - that grandparenting is more than being our grandchildren's cheerleaders. Grandparenting is a ministry of impacting the coming generation with the transforming truths of God's Word. Each of my books includes discussion questions and action steps after each chapter, making them readily usable for group study.
