Larry Koger

Historian, Larry Koger studied at the undergraduate level at the University of the District of Columbia and the graduate level at Howard University. He retired after thirty years in the Federal government working at multiple agencies where he specialized as a criminal research specialist. He is still pursuing his skills as a historian and a genealogist in Largo, Maryland.
