Michael Quinn

Michael W. Quinn is a retired Minneapolis Police Sergeant and a U.S. Air Force veteran. Following retirement he worked for the Minnesota Department of Public Safety, the New Orleans Police Department and the U.S. Marshal's Service. He has over 30 years experience in law enforcement and law enforcement education. He is the author of Walking With The Devil: The Police Code of Silence which is currently in production for a 4th Edition set for release in 2023. He has lectured and taught on the subject of police ethics and accountability for police managers. street officers, civilian review, Internal Affairs investigators, and college students across the United States and Canada. His testimony in U.S. Federal Court as an expert in police use of force and accountability has resulted in millions of dollars of compensation for victims of police misconduct. Michael is very happily married to Linda Lou Lucero-Quinn and lives in the Minnesota north woods. He has a daughter, stepdaughter, stepsons, and many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
