Since joining the police force in 2003, I have dedicated two decades to frontline law enforcement and the professional development of new recruits. Serving both as a uniformed officer and a training instructor, I have guided dozens of academy/recruit classes, refining foundational skills such as patrol operations, ethical policing, and advanced interviewing methods. My passion for continuous improvement led to further specialization in investigative strategies, community engagement, and mentorship. By sharing the lessons gained through real-world experiences and teaching at the recruit level, I hope to elevate modern policing standards, helping fellow officers and detectives master the art and science of ethical, effective investigative interviewing.
