* To get to know me I invite you to read my books. I grew up in Germany and my first love was aeronautics: building model airplanes, flying around in gliders, studying at the University of Stuttgart, working at the Helicopter Institute. * Then the U.S. Space program drew me to the States and the U.S. Army needed me in their rocket programs. There was so much more to learn and I got my PhD in Space Science and Applied Physics from the Catholic University of America, as well as a better understanding of our Creator God. * Newly married, Barbara and I moved to sunny Florida (the dream of every German) and started to help the U.S. Air Force with its air-launched missile programs, while teaching at the University of Florida flight mechanics, guidance & control, and modeling & simulation. * During my career I built computer simulations of helicopters, missiles, boosters, and hypersonic vehicles, which, after my retirement from the Air Force, continues at Modeling and Simulation Technologies, a company I founded twenty-two years ago. * Much of my technical and spiritual experience is recorded in my publications.
