R.E. Skibiski has written and illustrated a number of books. He has earned degrees in English and in TESL and has spent time as an ESL teacher. Besides books about the English language, he has also turned out rhyming stories, novels, froggenwroggens (14-syllable sonnets), and practical poetry, in which he squeezes unwieldy facts, such as all the signers of the Declaration of Independence, into fun, memorizable poems.
