Sandy Geroux

I love my career as an international speaker, trainer and author and have helped more than 30,000 people in 125 organizations across 41 countries create WOW experiences in the workplace! My passion is creating more inviting, engaging and respectful workplaces for everyone who wants to have more impact (and fun!) at work and make a difference in the lives of others. I have learned much of what I know about respect, humanity and leadership through working in the corporate environment for over 20 years, and then owning my own business and working with many different clients for over 19 more. I always try to "walk my talk" and create WOW experiences for everyone around me. My programs focus on the everyday actions leaders can do to engage and inspire team members by communicating their vision in such a way that every member of the team knows how their specific job helps achieve that vision. Connecting with the reason for the organization, its mission and our own positions is the only way our jobs can have meaning and become personally fulfilling. This helps everyone create WOW experiences for customers and employees alike through not only the exciting side of the WOW (innovative products and services), but also the “business” side of the WOW that’s often forgotten or overlooked – where the nuances of service, respect, compassion, and creativity come into play every day in small ways that add up to exceptional experiences for everyone involved.
