Stan Himes was raised in the small town of Edinburg, Ohio, which he notes is a little bigger every time he visits. He has earned hundreds of awards as an advertising writer, and also won a Kairos Prize for an original screenplay he wrote titled Sarah’s Gift (don’t try to find the movie; it’s never been produced).
