Treg Spicer is the founder and host of The Art of the Assistant podcast, a platform dedicated to equipping and encouraging assistant pastors worldwide. Drawing from 16 years of experience as an assistant pastor in three ministries across three states, Treg has a heart for mentoring and coaching others. His insights and practical advice have inspired many, including several men now successfully serving in full-time ministry. Currently, Treg serves as a pastor in West Virginia and is the executive director of Independent Faith Mission in Greensboro, North Carolina. When he’s not serving in ministry, he enjoys running, cycling, and spending time outdoors with his wife and four children.
