Jeana is a breast cancer survivor, having been diagnosed in 1990. She founded the Cancer Network of Northwest Arkansas, a support group for cancer patients and their families. From her personal experience with cancer, she wrote the book An Uninvited Guest, which was published in 2007. Desiring to mentor other minister's wives, she wrote the book, 10 Things Every Minister's Wife Needs to Know in 2010. She is also involved in a weekly jail ministry. She has served alongside her husband Dr. Ronnie Floyd since 1986 in Springdale, Arkansas. The church's membership has grown from 3,700 persons to over 20,000 persons. In August of 2001, the church began an additional location, The Church at Pinnacle Hills in Rogers, Arkansas, which he pastors weekly, in addition to the First Baptist Church of Springdale, Arkansas. Dr. Floyd is the author of 19 books and has been on Focus on the Family, as well as Promise Keepers programs.
