Anika Fajardo

Anika Fajardo was born in Colombia and raised in Minnesota. She is the author two middle grade novels: What If a Fish, a 2021 winner of the Minnesota Book Awards; and Meet Me Halfway, published in 2022; as well as Encanto: A Tale of Three Sisters. She also wrote Magical Realism for Non-Believers: A Memoir of Finding Family.
