Charisse Rudolph started in the field of experiential education in 1992. She co-owned a company that did team building with Disney, Hewlett Packard, Xerox, 20th Century Fox and more. In 2001, she switched gears from the corporate world to partner with her horses, and work with organizations that had more heart and intention. In 2002, she won the Leadership Award for Contribution to Women. Although, in 2016, Charisse closed the nonprofit she founded called Healing Horses & Armed Forces, she still offers, Equine Assisted Services, Drumming Circles, Theraputic Art, and is a Licensed HeartMath Institute trainer and certified coach.
