Executive Director at HARDI, HVACR Trade Association based in Columbus Ohio, for the Latin America division. He lives in Boca Raton, Florida. After several years as an Industrial Engineer and operations manager, he started his sales career as a management consultant for VDC Consulting, later acquired by RSM. After 7 years helping different companies implement the methods described in Moneycall, he felt it was time to show other recurring sales businesses a new proactive and predictable sales system that requires less prospecting and provides more control of the sales process. The author has written several sales articles and two other business books and provides sales seminars and speeches to recurring sales businesses.
