Liz Morgan, NTP, RWP, MA, JD, lives In the mountains of Colorado where she spends her time skiing, foraging, hiking, stand up paddling, cooking and practicing yoga. Liz is a Functional Nutritional Therapist with a private practice seeing clients. She specializes in combining the nutritional lessons of our ancestors with the wisdom of current science to understand the needs of modern humans. With these tools, she helps her clients regain their health and vitality. Liz studied ancient food systems as an anthropology student at Colgate University. She studied food security and food policy as a graduate student at Vermont Law School. Liz has had a lifelong interest in wild foods and even wrote her first booklet on wild edible plants (of northeastern Ohio) in the third grade! Liz is the author of a Falcon Guide, Foraging the Rockies: Finding, Identifying and Preparing Wild Edible Foods of the Rocky Mountains. Liz Morgan is a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP), a Restorative Wellness Solutions Practitioner (RWP), a Restorative Wellness Solutions Mindshare Member, and a yoga teacher. She also has a Masters degree in environmental law and policy (MA) with a focus on sustainable food systems and global food security, from Vermont Law School.
