Paul Rodney Turner is a keynote speaker, author, social entrepreneur, and former monk. He founded Food Yoga International, formerly known as Food for Life Global, and has dedicated his life to the compassionate cause of feeding the world's most vulnerable populations. Born in Sydney, Australia, Turner's innate humanitarian spirit led him to become a devout monk from the age of 19 until 33. This spiritual foundation transformed his vision of service, inspiring him to establish Food for Life Global in 1995. As a visionary leader and skilled motivational speaker, Turner has helped Food for Life Global grow into the world's largest vegan food relief organization. The non-profit organization serves over one million plant-based meals daily across 65 countries and tackles hunger, malnutrition, and environmental degradation through holistic food solutions. Turner, also known as the "Food Yogi," authentically exemplifies the organization's values, promoting a sustainable and compassionate lifestyle. A prolific author, he has written six books, including “SOUL POWER,” "The YOGA of POOL," "The 7 Maxims for Soul Happiness," and "FOOD YOGA," offering practical wisdom on food, health, and spirituality. He is also the founder of many social enterprises, including the Kindly ecosystem, delicious vegan snacks, and Impact bars. Turner has visited 72 countries, cooked for presidents, and visited three war zones during his humanitarian career. He lives with his wife and son in the Andes Mountains, where they run an animal sanctuary.
