Rebecca Isbell

Dr.Rebecca Isbell is a consultant in early childhood education, professor emerita, author of 12 books, and frequent speaker at state, national, and international conference. Her areas of expertise are child development, designing effective learning environments, oral language/storytelling, literacy, creative thinking, and the use of the arts in programs for young children. She has conducted professional development though out the United States and Internationally. Isbell's first teaching job was as a music teacher with K-6 children in a public school. Her interest in music continues as demonstrated by her just released CD which includes a collection of American Traditional songs, "Songs too Good to Miss". She wants all children to know the songs of their Heritage.
