Jeff Steiner is a double-boarded pediatric anesthesiologist who practices at UT Southwestern in Dallas, Texas. He received his medical degree from Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed both his residency in anesthesiology and fellowship in pediatric anesthesiology at UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, Texas. In addition to working in the OR, he is the Director of Operations for Anesthesia for Children. Previously, he was the Fellowship Director for the UT Southwestern Pediatric Anesthesiology Fellowship Program for seven years. He has published articles in medical literature on various topics, including resident and medical school debt loads and apneic oxygenation in children. Dr. Steiner is also the author of several books on Amazon, including Anesthesia Made Easy, which is an Amazon Best Seller in several categories. He enjoys teaching about anesthesia and physician finances, specifically avoiding common pitfalls and building good habits that lead to financial security. He lives with his wife, two boys, and their crazy pug. He enjoys reading, riding his bicycle, and playing board games with his family.
