I am an American married to a British citizen. Born in Minnesota, I later moved to Alaska, where my father worked as an Ice Road Trucker. My British husband and I have enjoyed exploring the cultural and linguistic differences between our countries, which inspired us to write a lighthearted book about our experiences titled "Being American Married to a Brit." In addition to this, we have co-authored 21 fitness books. Our shared interest in mysteries and the paranormal also led us to co-write a best-selling book on the topic. As an isometric exercise expert instructor and champion Bikini Fitness Athlete, I consult and coach for TWiEA – The World Isometric Exercise Association. Notably, I achieved remarkable results by focusing on isometric exercises which allowed me to go from 40 lbs (22 kg) overweight to contest-winning shape in less than six months, with daily workouts of just 10 minutes. From a young age, I have had the ability to perceive, encounter, and channel universal spiritual energy. This gift has enabled me to share my skills, talents, tools, and knowledge with others, aiming to help them envision, create, and embrace the best version of their lives, thus realizing their highest potential. From birth, I have been endowed with a unique and extraordinary skill set. Over time, I came to appreciate these abilities, choosing to embrace rather than fear them. As I matured, I gained solid confidence in my spiritual talents, reaching a stage where I could utilize them to benefit others. This included the effective use of my remarkably accurate remote visions and the ability to channel, guide, and redirect energy from afar. My transition to a Reiki Master Teacher was a natural and deeply transformative experience.
