David Mencel

Dave began his career in mechanical engineering, and his past experiences include places like NASA and other top organizations. His love of numbers quickly transitioned him into the business world, where he developed a passion for new product development. Alongside this, Dave has a passion for helping others achieve their own goals, and has been tutoring or mentoring people throughout his career. Dave's first published work dates back to 2006, and today he writes mainly on finance, rental property management, wealth management and travel. Dave splits his time between Arizona, Wisconsin, and Michigan's upper peninsula, and when he's not writing books, he can usually be found in the great outdoors, anywhere from dangling off a cliff on a precariously thin rope rope, tearing up the mountain bike trails or ski slopes, hiking or kayaking.
