Michal Korkosz

Michał Korkosz is the creator of one of the most beloved Polish food blogs Rozkoszny (meaning ‘delightful’) which earned two Saveur Blog Awards in 2017, and the author of Fresh from Poland: New Vegetarian Cooking from the Old Country, named a cookbook of the year by San Francisco Chronicle and Booklist, among others. He is a contributor to the Polish edition of Vogue. He lives in Warsaw where his heart belongs.
