Shane Phillips

Shane Phillips is a housing policy researcher, public speaker, and consultant based in Los Angeles. He manages the UCLA Lewis Center Housing Initiative and hosts the UCLA Housing Voice Podcast, a biweekly show that translates and discusses emerging research for non-expert audiences. Shane previously taught public policy as an adjunct instructor at the University of Southern California and worked as Director of Public Policy for Central City Association, a Downtown LA advocacy organization. He's also a big fan of sci-fi books, walking tours, weightlifting, and DIY home improvement projects (except drywall).
