Lucy Leclerc

Dr. Lucy Leclerc, PhD, RN, NPD-BC is a dedicated healthcare leader, author, entrepreneur, and professor with over 30 years of diverse experience. Early in her career she spent time as a bedside nurse in high-risk labor and delivery before falling in love with nursing leadership as an officer and flight nurse in the United States Force Reserve. Lucy teaches all levels of healthcare and nursing students from undergraduates to DNP students as well as MHA students. Her research focus is on generation of contemporary, healthcare-specific leadership models and exploring the connection between leadership and outcomes (patient and employee). Dr. Leclerc aims to awaken the excellence and potential that exists in each leader entrusted to her care.
