Sara Upshaw is the creator of Kimchi Halfie, a blog that showcases the foods she grew up eating with the versions she’s created over the years in her own kitchen. Her Korean roots and the Pacific Northwest, where she’s lived most of her life, have had the deepest influences on her recipes. Her photos, videos, and stories celebrate her love of feeding people near and far, strangers and loved ones. She truly enjoys teaching others the skills involved in home cooking.
