Deanne O'Rear-Cameron

Deanne is a Professional Mindset Development Specialist, Aging in Place Advocate, Speaker, and Author. Deanne started her journey in Human/Mindset Development and Management Training over 35 years ago. Her passion is to help everyone thrive Personally and Professionally. She embodies what she teaches and helps people from all walks of life to find their true identity and create a life by design. After working in the Older Adult Industry over the last decade and a half, she developed a program for Understanding the Mindset of Older Adults and a program for Professional and Family Caregivers. This has allowed her to bring together her passions. Deanne serves as the Chairperson for the City of Las Vegas Senior Citizens Advisory Board, Chair of the Board of Directors of the National Aging in Place Council bringing a local chapter to Southern NV, Member of the Commission on Aging for Nevada, and Chair of the Seniors and Law Enforcement Together Council. Deanne is also an Entertainer alongside her husband Sythe Cameron and they are known as the "Dynamic Bling Duo" bringing all Genres and Decades of music to their audiences. They bring everyone to life with their high energy and love of performing. Sythe is a self taught instrumentalist with music on all digital platforms with listeners all around the globe.
