Alaina Bullock

Alaina Bullock, LMHC is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 11 years of experience in the mental health field. Alaina graduated from Sage Graduate School with her master's degree in Community Psychology and Counseling. She has worked in a substance abuse program, community mental health programs, and group private practice. After experiencing her own fertility struggles, she made the decision to follow her passion to help other women and couples navigate their own fertility struggles and made maternal mental health the focus of her career. In 2021, Alaina opened Bullock Mental Health Counseling, and she offers both in-person and virtual appointments. Alaina has had the honor of working with many women and families who struggle with perinatal and postpartum-related issues, including infertility, perinatal and postpartum depression, anxiety and mood-related disorders, and grief and loss. Though she specializes in maternal mental health, she also helps individuals who are experiencing depression, anxiety, life transitions, and relationship difficulties. Alaina lives in upstate New York with her husband, son, and their two dogs. She spends her free time reading books, spending time with family and friends, and taking trips to the beach.
