Adrienne Borlongan opened Wanderlust Creamery in 2015, with the mission to broaden people’s palates with artisanal ice cream in travel-inspired flavors. The granddaughter of a flavor chemist from Magnolia Ice Cream, Adrienne studied Food Science at Cal State University Northridge, and developed her palate and understanding of flavor theory while working as a mixologist. Today, Wanderlust Creamery has grown to 8 stores in Los Angeles and is widely regarded as an industry trailblazer in creatively crafted, globally inspired ice cream flavors, known for first-of-its-kind, viral, & trendsetting creations like Sticky Rice & Mango, White Rabbit, and Japanese Neapolitan® ice creams.
