Renes Lophanor

I have always had a knack for languages; I fluently speak Haitian Creole, French, English, and Spanish, and I can get by in German and Slovak. However, I am rusty in these last two because of a lack of practice. My journey started in Haiti, where I spent my childhood before moving to Paris for higher education. I graduated from Sorbonne Nouvelle University, holding a degree in English and American Literature and History. In 2001, I became a certified secondary school teacher in England after completing the PGCE (Postgraduate Certificate of Education) at the University of Southampton. I have a passion for reading and writing fiction and nonfiction. My first book was inspired by my experiences as an educator, exploring the complexities of teaching and learning.
