William Lento

Born in Boston, Massachusetts I spent most of child & teen years in Shrewsbury, Massachusetts. The next 30-plus years were spent on beautiful Cape Cod. I recently moved to Dunedin, Florida with my wife to be closer to family. Most of my life was spent being a serial entrepreneur owning a wide variety of businesses including owning & operating various snack bars on the beaches of Cape Cod, Banana Bills Fruit Stand, a mobile, frozen slush business, a go-cart track in Brazil, a 7000 SF laser tag facility, a granite import business, and a radon testing business to name a few. Throughout my whole career, the financial support for all of these businesses came from a successful real estate business ranging from property appraising, owning rental property, developing and building real estate, and consulting in various aspects of real estate. I now have time to enjoy life and my new career of writing non-fiction books to help those in need.
