A native of Talence, near Bordeaux, in the Gironde region of France, Franck Labat's childhood experience would slowly shape the course of his life. At just 10 years of age, a spontaneous out-of-body experience opened the doors to a little-known universe, awakening a deep interest in altered states of consciousness. This was just the beginning of a long journey of exploration and learning. For 13 years, Franck immersed himself in the study of Tibetan Buddhism, immersing himself in the teachings and spiritual practices that helped him forge a compassionate and understanding worldview. Over time, his passion for healing and his interest in altered states of consciousness naturally led him to the practice of acupuncture. For the past 24 years, he has been offering his services in Valence, in the Drôme, humbly striving to bring well-being and balance to his patients through his knowledge and experience. In a desire to share and make his knowledge accessible, Franck wrote and published a book in 2012 entitled "Comprendre l'acupuncture" (Understanding Acupuncture), published by Editions Ambre. The book aims to bridge the gap between the complexity of acupuncture and the curiosity of the general public, seeking to demystify this ancient practice and reveal its benefits and principles. In addition to his daily commitment to his patients, Franck has also embraced the role of sponsor in France for William Buhlman, an American author and expert renowned for his work on out-of-body experiences. This responsibility illustrates his desire to humbly contribute to the dissemination of knowledge that can help others explore and understand the deeper dimensions of their being. In every aspect of his life, Franck Labat seeks to learn and share, guided by an insatiable curiosity and a sincere desire to help. His approach is that of a humble and dedicated explorer, engaged in an ongoing journey of awakening and service.
