Gjorgji Meshkov

Gjorgi Meshkov was born in the village of Vatasha, located near the Luda Mara River in Kavadarci. He completed his elementary education in Vatasha and went on to finish both high school and military academy in Belgrade. Throughout his career, he served in the Yugoslav People’s Army, the Army of the Republic of North Macedonia, and worked in the Border Police of the Ministry of Interior. He retired in May 2019 and currently resides in Kavadarci with his wife and two sons. Meshkov has shared numerous short stories and other writings on social media. This is his debut novel.
