Kevin Wooding is a musician, composer, Alexander Technique teacher, and Bates Method teacher. A life-changing car accident in 1986 sparked a profound journey of discovery, revealing that eyesight is influenced by far more than heredity or old age. This realization led Wooding to train in the Alexander Technique and Bates Method, combining these disciplines to help students align mind, body, and vision, fostering both inner and outer peace. In 1997, Wooding founded seeing org, the first website dedicated to the Bates Method. Today, it remains a leading global resource for natural vision improvement, listing over 280 vision teachers across 40 countries and all seven continents. Beyond his work in vision education, Wooding has recently collaborated with tennis professionals to develop a sports program that integrates Bates and Alexander techniques with the mental and physical demands of elite athletes. This unique approach unlocks barriers to peak performance by addressing both the inner and outer game of tennis. Through his teaching, writing, and music, Wooding continues to inspire and guide others on their paths toward clarity, self-discovery, and personal transformation.
