My family and I enjoy boating, camping, and I am passionate about traveling the country on my Harley Davidson while masterminding with the top thought leaders in the world. On the business side of things, I am the Founder/ Chief Strategist of The Mortgage Marketing Animals and also the host of the #1 Podcast for loan officers in America. I first began my venture into the mortgage business as a loan officer in October of 1999. Within eight months of opening the doors at Family First Mortgage, I became the top-producing branch out of approximately 336 branches nationwide. I also began to train fellow LO's in my "paint by numbers" approach. This technique helped the LO's retain more closings while working less hours in a week. Five years later, I opened up my own mortgage business called Time Mortgage.
