While I’ll die on the hill that AB is read first…. This series is in my top 2.Firstly, why is AB read first? WithOUT spoilers, a character dies that you find out in Throne of Glass & it would be a huge spoiler, there’s a repeated saying that provides more impact if you understand why it’s said, if you don’t understand what the character has already been through - the impact is again… less.Kingdom is Ash is superior to almost any book alone… the journey you go through 🤯.To the first book that has ever made me cry. Cheers to you SJM. You got me. You won that, but it wasn’t at the part that everyone else did, it was completely separate. “Close the gate 🫡”While I’ll forever want the original series on the book wall, I know I’ll never be able to pay the thousands people want for it. This will have to do.If you haven’t read this - read it. It will change you. READ ACOTAR FIRST!This series has romance, lacks spice, but keeps you invested. IF YOU TAKE THE TIME, you have to pay attention. If you think it’s going to be ACOTAR or CC, you’re not going to like it.If you’re thinking it’s going to be like Game of Thrones with no spice, you’re going to love it.Is there still some spice? Yeah there is! But it takes a long time. Because that’s not the point of this. The point is the political game, the war, the hardships, friendships, building relationships & yourself up from the bottom.If you’re looking to get into SJM please for the love of whatever you believe in head my advice.1. Read ACOTAR first.2. Throne of Glass series - start with AB3. Then read Crescent City (The worlds connect)

I got this set for a really good price, so I was nervous after reading the reviews. The set came packaged in a box with a lot of styrofoam, and then inside another box. I felt it was packaged very well. The box itself is in great shape, and the books are beautiful!

I’m at so excited to read this set! A little disappointed that a corner is very dented, but someone must have dropped them in delivery. They are very heavy.
