Edmund Lawler is the author of six business books, including two books on customer service he wrote with famed chef Charlie Trotter. A former journalist and journalism instructor at DePaul University, Ed wrote a column on marketing called "Copy Chasers" for 23 years for B2B magazine. He has given more than 100 presentations on business throughout the Americas and in Bahrain where he was a visiting professor at the University of Bahrain.
