Her books include The Technique of Acting, The Art of Acting, Stella Adler on Ibsen Strindberg and Chekhov and Stella Adler on America's Master Playwrights. Her work is archived at the University of Texas at Austin’s Harry Ransom Center. The conservatory she established In 1949 is now called the Stella Adler Studio of Acting, which, along with its sister school, the Art of Acting Studio in Los Angeles, continues to train actors in world-class programs.
