Dov Peretz Elkins

Rabbi Dov Peretz Elkins is one of America’s leading congregational rabbis, and is a prominent internationally-known speaker and author, winner of the National Jewish Book Award. Dr. Elkins is Rabbi Emeritus of The Jewish Center of Princeton, NJ. He co-authored Chicken Soup for the Jewish Soul, among his 55 books and hundreds of published articles. His most recent books are: Pirkei Avot (Mazo Publishers), Jewish Stories from Heaven and Earth (Jewish Lights). He has spoken and led training workshops for synagogues, Federations, JCCs and other Jewish organizations in North America, Europe and Israel. His books have been read by thousands throughout the world. He was a member of the Committee on Jewish Law and Standards of the Rabbinical Assembly.
