Ruth Berins Collier

Ruth Berins Collier is Heller Professor of Political Science at the University of California, Berkeley. Her work encompasses comparative and historical research on popular participation and the dynamics of national political regimes in Latin America, Africa, and Western Europe. The latest book, Reorganizing Popular Politics, explores new forms of popular political participation in Argentina, Chile, Peru, and Argentina.
