Anthony Brundage has a PhD in History from UCLA and is Professor of History Emeritus at California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. He is a Fellow of the Royal Historical Society, London, and a member and former executive officer of numerous professional organizations. He is the author of seven books and hundreds of articles, book reviews, and conference papers. His most recent (November 2014) book (co-authored with Richard Cosgrove) is titled British Historians and National Identity: From Hume to Churchill. He is an avid hiker, runner, and fan of classic films.
